What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made from responsibly sourced soy wax which is vegan friendly.

What are your wax melts made of?

Our wax melts are made from a perfectly balanced blend of soy and mineral waxes, resulting in a perfectly smooth finish and excellent scent throw.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we do! At Luxe Candles, we understand the importance of presentation when it comes to gift giving. That's why we offer a gift wrapping option for our candles. When purchased, each candle will be beautifully wrapped in our signature white textured Luxury Gift Box, complete with a luxurious gold ribbon.

However, please note that at the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping for wax melts. But stay tuned! We're working on introducing gift wrapping options for wax melts in the near future.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

We do offer electronic Gift Cards in denominations of £10, £15, £20, £25, £50 and £100 which can be emailed directly to the recipient or yourself.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery for orders under £30 starts from £3.50

UK delivery for orders over £30 and over - FREE

I haven’t received any emails from you after placing my order?

When will my order arrive?

We aim to post your orders within 2-3 working days. You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout. If you need your order quicker please email us at hello@luxecandlesathome.com and we will see what we can do.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately we currently only deliver within the UK.
