Delivery
How much is delivery?
- UK delivery for orders under £30 start from £3.50
- UK delivery for orders £30 and over is FREE standard delivery
- UK delivery for orders £45 and over is FREE express delivery
Standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service unless you require your order quicker in which case you will be charged an express fee of £4.50.
For orders totalling between £30 and £44.99, you can upgrade shipping from standard to express via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Service at a cost of 50p.
There is no delivery charge for eGift Cards as they are emailed directly to yourself or your recipient.
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order when expected please contact us at hello@luxecandlesathome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
